Coarse solids strainers remove oily food waste from food service establishments’ wastewater and produces a solids fraction
with a low moisture content. With a simplistic design and efficient debris handling, the coarse solids strainer is an ideal
solution for cost-efficient solids removal.
Flat strainer basket pre-strainers are designed to eliminate garbage disposal and reduce the amount of coarse and fine solids
entering the interior piping infrastructure. The pre-strainer design allows the unit to adapt to any sink application with over 4”
of height adjustment. Field-modifiable lid cover and left or right outlet ports provide adaptability for retrofits, municipal compliance,
new construction or the start of a pre-treatment train.
In-line strainer baskets are designed to be used in conjunction with grease interceptors as a pre-treatment device to intercept
and remove large food particles that might interfere with proper drainage and treatment of municipal wastewater. Strainer baskets
are relatively small which allows for installation under the sink.
lint interceptors are installed on drain lines of industrial washing machines. They are designed to trap large quantities of sewer clogging lint and other solids associated with commercial laundries. These modular units can be connected together in a series for more capacity. They are constructed of stainless steel.
